The price of gas went up by more than predicted, overnight.
Gas jumped by 2.5 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.18.2 in Cape Breton.
The price of diesel remains unchanged this morning at a minimum of $1.23.5 cents a litre on the Island.
