The price of gas went up, overnight.
Gas jumped by 1.7 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of 97.4 cents in Cape Breton.
Meanwhile, diesel went down slightly by nine-tenths of a cent and now costs a minimum of 88.8 cents a litre on the Island.
