Gas Takes An Unexpected Jump In Price

The price of gas took an unexpected jump ahead of the Canada Day long weekend.

Gas went up by 1.2 cents a litre, overnight.

The minimum price for a litre of regular gas in Cape Breton is now $1.01.9 cents.

Diesel remained unchanged at a minimum of 93.4 cents a litre on the Island.
