Gas Prices Expected to Rise

The price of gas is expected to go up this week.

An increase of about three cents a litre is being forecast.

Meanwhile, the price of gas in New Brunswick went up by 3.2 cents a litre last night.

Diesel there increased by 2.9 cents.

Gas now goes for a minimum of 96.1 cents a litre in Cape Breton.

Diesel costs a minimum of 89.1 cents a litre on the island.
