As predicted, the price of gas went up, overnight.
Gas increased by 3.7 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.61 in Cape Breton.
Diesel edged up by 1.3 cents.
The minimum price for a litre of diesel on the Island is now $1.96.1.
