Gas & Diesel Expected To Increase Overnight, Tonight

Analysts are leaning toward an increase in the price of gas and diesel, this week.

Meanwhile, the price of gas in Newfoundland and Labrador went up by 5.3 cents a litre last night while diesel there jumped by 7.2 or 8.1 cents, depending on the region.

Gas now goes for a minimum of $1.86.4 in Cape Breton.

The minimum price for a litre of diesel on the Island is now $2.05.3 cents.
