Gas & Diesel Down Ahead Of Big Carbon Tax Increases

As predicted, the price of gas fell by 3.6 cents a litre overnight and gas now goes for a minimum of $1.50.9 in Cape Breton.

Diesel went down 5.7 cents and diesel now costs a minimum of $1.40.3 on the Island.

However, the federal carbon tax will see the price of gas go up by 14.31 cents a litre overnight, tonight.

Diesel will increase by 17.38 cents.
