Gas And Diesel Up Significantly

The price of gas went up by more than predicted, overnight.

Gas increased by 4.7 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.43.5 in Cape Breton.

Meanwhile, diesel took an even bigger jump of 7 cents a litre.

Diesel now costs a minimum of $1.41 a litre on the Island.
