The price of gas went up by more than predicted, overnight.
Gas jumped by 3.1 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.34.2 in Cape Breton.
Diesel went up by 1.4 cents a litre and now costs a minimum of $1.25.1 on the Island.
