As predicted, the price of gas went up overnight.
Gas increased by 1.2 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.28.2 in Cape Breton.
Diesel went up by 2.6 cents.
The minimum price for a litre of diesel on the Island is now $1.16.5.
