As predicted, the price of gas went up overnight.
Gas jumped by 2.7 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.29.7 in Cape Breton.
Diesel went up by 3.2 cents and now costs a minimum of $1.23.3 cents a litre on the Island.
