The price of gas went up by more than predicted, overnight.
Gas jumped by 1.2 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.07 cents in Cape Breton.
Diesel went up by seven tenths of a cent and now costs a minimum of $1.10.2 on the Island.
