Contrary to predictions, the price of gas went up, overnight.
Gas increased by 3.2 cents a litre and now goes for a minimum of $1.38.8 in Cape Breton.
Diesel also went up by 3.2 cents and now costs a minimum of $1.34 a litre on the Island.
