Former Servicom Workers Back on the Job, Today

About 300 workers are back on the job this morning at the former Servicom call centre.

New owner Anthony Marlowe has renamed the operation the Sydney Call Centre.

The call centre closed suddenly early last month, throwing more than 500 people out of work.

Marlowe Companies is offering the workers 3-hundred dollar signing bonuses.

The entry-level pay is up a dollar an hour to $12 and vacation time earned under the former owner will be honoured.

More workers are expected back on the job on Monday and another group is due to return by January 14th.
