Florence Man Sentenced In Robert Bradley Murder

The Florence man found guilty of second-degree murder in the beating death of 60-year-old Robert Bradley from Sydney Mines has been sentenced to life in prison with no chance to apply for parole for 15 years.

41 year-old John Patrick White was given three years, one month credit for time served in custody.

White was found guilty in April after a Supreme Court trial.

40 year-old Stephen Bishop was also charged with second-degree murder in Bradley’s death.

He pleaded guilty to the included offence of manslaughter and was sentenced to 12 years in prison.
