The province is reporting five new cases of COVID-19 today.
Two cases are in the Central Zone and are related to travel outside of Atlantic Canada.
One of those cases is a student at Dalhousie University in Halifax who lives off campus.
Another of the latest cases is in the Western Zone and is also related to travel outside of Atlantic Canada.
That person is a student at Acadia University in Wolfville.
The two other new cases are in the Northern Zone.
One is related to travel outside the region and the other is a close contact of an earlier reported case.
There’s now a total of 26 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.
Premier Stephen McNeil and Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Robert Strang will be giving another COVID-19 update at 3:00 tomorrow afternoon.
