Nova Scotia is reporting five new cases of COVID-19 today.
All are in the Central Zone and are close contacts of previously reported cases.
Seven more people have recovered, bringing the number of known, active cases in Nova Scotia to 25.
Since the pandemic began, 1,709 Nova Scotians have tested positive for COVID-19; 57 in the Regional Municipality.
One thousand six hundred and eleven people in the province have recovered from the infection.
