Meanwhile, as of 11:00 this morning, 16,814 people voted by internet or phone.
That’s 20.7 % of total eligible voters.
Voter turnout in the 2020 election that was all electronic voting was 51.3%.
The last election to use both electronic and paper ballots in 2016 had a voter turnout of 53.5%.
