Fifth Person Charged In Eskasoni Stabbing

Eskasoni RCMP say they’ve now charged a fifth person after a stabbing in the community, early Tuesday morning.

The Mounties say they got called to a report of a stabbing on Shore Road, shorty after 4:30.

They say a 19-year-old man was stabbed and taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Police said yesterday 18 year-old Andon Francis from Eskasoni and three boys are charged with Attempted Murder in the case.

They now say a fourth boy has been charged with attempted murder.
