Federal Funding For Munro Park

Sydney-Victoria MP Mark Eyking announced $100,500 in federal money for upgrades at North Sydney’s Munro Park, today.

The money will be used along with 250-thousand dollars the facility got in the Kraft Project Play competition, last year.

The work includes a new drainage system and sods for the Park’s two soccer fields.

Also included in the project are new bleachers, a storage facility for sports equipment, and a public washroom.

The Park’s playground equipment will also get an upgrade.
