by Regional Police say one person is dead after what they’re calling a suspicious fire in Sydney Mines on the weekend.
Police say they were called to an apartment complex on Main Street at around 9:00 on Saturday night.
Police say a body was found inside after the fire was put out.
They say the fire is being treated as suspicious and the Fire Marshall’s Office is investigating.
The body has been sent to the Medical Examiner’s Office for an autopsy and to confirm the identity.
