Fatal Crash in Glace Bay

Regional Police say a 28 year-old man is dead after a single vehicle crash in Glace Bay, last night.

Police say they got the call to School Street at around 8:00.

They say officers found the Chev Cobalt up against a utility pole when they arrived on the scene.

The driver who was the only person in the car was taken to Glace Bay Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say their investigation continues as they wait for autopsy results.

The man’s name has not been released.
