The latest data released by the Health Authority shows the number of people in the province looking for a family doctor dropped again, last month.

Nova Scotia Health says as of April 1st, there were 93,682 Nova Scotians on the Need a Family Practice Registry.

It says a total of 2,193 people found a family practice provider or were removed from the list as a result of ongoing validation work in March.

The percentage of the province’s population on the registry is now 8.8.
