The latest data released by the Health Authority shows the number of people in the province looking for a family doctor dropped again, last month.
Nova Scotia Health says as of April 1st, there were 93,682 Nova Scotians on the Need a Family Practice Registry.
It says a total of 2,193 people found a family practice provider or were removed from the list as a result of ongoing validation work in March.
The percentage of the province’s population on the registry is now 8.8.
The Health Authority says the next update for the registry will be in early May.
