The McConnell Library is excited to host author Peter J. Clair for a reading in both Mi’kmaq and English Saturday, September 7th, from 2-3pm. Enjoy listening to Mr. Clair read recent poems as well as sections from his award-winning first novel, 2018’s Taapoategl & Pallet: A Mi’kmaq Journey of Loss & Survival. Light refreshments will be provided and there will be books available for sale. This event is for adults. No registration required: welcome to all!
