Eleven new COVID cases in Nova Scotia today

Nova Scotia is reporting 11 new cases of COVID-19 today, all in the Central Zone.

The province says ten of the cases are close contacts of previously reported cases, in a linked family group.

The eleventh is travel-related.

Nine Nova Scotians have recovered, bringing the number of known, active cases to 62.

There are still eight active COVID-19 cases in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.

Two people province-wide are in hospital, none in intensive care.
