Election Campaign Whereabouts Today

On Day 15 of the provincial election campaign, NDP leader Gary Burrill says an NDP government will invest $6 million to create a training program for aspiring midwives and double the number of midwives in Nova Scotia.

Progressive Conservative leader Jamie Baillie is in the CBRM for a full day of campaigning.

He’ll be appearing with candidates in Sydney, North Sydney and Glace Bay.

Liberal leader Stephen McNeil will make an announcement at the Avondale Sky Winery in New Port Landing at 12:00 p.m.
