Nova Scotia is reporting eight new cases of COVID-19 today, including two new cases in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
Both cases are close contacts of previously-reported cases.
Four people in the municipality have recovered, bringing the number of known, active cases here to 39.
Province-wide, 11 people have recovered, bringing the number of active cases in Nova Scotia to 140.
Ten Nova Scotians remain in hospital with the respiratory infection, six in intensive care.
