Eat Smart Salad Kits Recalled

Curation Foods is adding to an ongoing recall of Eat Smart brand chopped salad kits sold in this province because of possible Listeria contamination.

The recall covers a number of different varieties and sizes ranging from 283 grams to 680 grams.

They all have a best before date of September 10th.

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency says anyone who has the salad kits should throw them out or bring them back to the store.

The agency says the recall was triggered by its test results and a food safety investigation could lead to the recall of other products.
