The operators of the Donkin Mine are advertising for a number of key positions.
Kameron Coal is looking for a general manager, an underground conveyor train manager and a continuous mining machine operator.
It’s also hiring an underground foreman and a mechanical/electrical mine technician.
The mine laid off 49 workers in November of last year.
But it rehired 15 of them and 20 new workers by February.
Last summer, coal from Donkin started powering Nova Scotia Power’s Lingan generating station.
