Dominion Man To Enter Plea On Exposure Charge

An 18-year-old Dominion man charged with exposing himself to students at MacDonald Elementary is due back in court today to enter a plea.

This spring, staff at the school said students witnessed a man expose himself from a nearby skate park.

Regional Police later arrested George David MacLeod and charged him with Committing an Indecent Act in a Public Place.

MacLeod has been released on conditions, which include that he stay away from anyone under the age of 16.

He’s also not allowed within 500ft of MacDonald Elementary or any other school in the Cape Breton Victoria Regional School Board.
