by The high winds and freezing rain on Friday collapsed the dome at Cape Breton University.
The inflatable structure is used for sports including soccer, baseball, football, rugby, golf and lacrosse.
Snow and ice falling from the top of the dome is believed to have caused a tear on the outside near the base.
It’s expected it will take between two and four weeks to repair the dome.
