A Sydney doctor charged with sexual assault is due back in court today to set a trial date. 65 year-old Dayananda Kodagoda is accused of committing the offence on August 19th of last year. Kodagoda remains free on conditions, including that he not perform examinations on female patients without another female in the room. The Cape Breton District Health Authority says that the condition applies at all district facilities.
