by A disciplinary hearing for a Cape Breton obstetrician and gynecologist is due to take place in Halifax, today.
Two women accuse Dr. Manivasan Moodley of making comments of a sexual or personal nature, performing an exam in a sexualized manner and unnecessarily performing an internal exam.
The hearing is closed to the general public but media will be allowed in.
However, a publication ban remains is in place that forbids the naming of Moodley’s accusers and any identifying information about them.
