by A court hearing was adjourned today for a Howie Centre man charged in the death of his 71 year-old wife.
73 year-old Gregory James Dilney was arrested after police were called to a King’s Road home last Friday.
They say Brenda Ann Dilney was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics who worked to save her.
The Crown has not yet revealed if it plans to pursue a first- or second-degree murder charge in the case.
Dilney is being held in custody and has been ordered to have no contact with six people, including his son.
He’s due back in court on March 25th.
