The Inquiry is scheduled to sit on Tuesday and Wednesday for closing submissions.
Afghanistan veteran Lionel Desmond was diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
He fatally shot his wife, his mother and his daughter before taking his own life in January of 2017.
The inquiry is tasked with putting forward recommendations to prevent similar deaths in future.
