Dennis Oland Found Not Guilty In His Father’s Killing

Dennis Oland has been found not guilty in the 2011 killing of his father Richard.

Justice Terrence Morrison delivered the verdict this morning and said the Crown had failed to establish motive in the case.

He also says and there are missing puzzle pieces.

A jury convicted Oland of second degree murder in the case in 2015.

However, a new trial was ordered when the verdict was set aside on appeal.
