by People travelling to the mainland are being warned about delays at the Canso Causeway, starting today.
The provincial Department of Transportation says traffic will be stopped intermittently at the Causeway from now until next Monday to allow for commissioning and testing of equipment for the swing bridge.
It adds the work will take place daily between10:30 and 11:30 in the morning and from 1:30 to 3:00 in the afternoon.
Traffic control people will be on site.
