Cuzner Second Highest Spending Liberal MP

The Liberal MP for Cape Breton-Canso is the party’s second highest spending member in the latest batch of travel and hospitality expenses posted online.

Rodger Cuzner racked up at total of $23,234.77 cents in the period from October 1st to December 31st of last year.

Most of the money was for air fare and meals to attend Parliament in Ottawa.

58-hundred of the 23-thousand dollar figure was for travel to stakeholder meetings.

Meanwhile, Sydney-Victoria MP Mark Eyking compiled $19, 027.00 dollars in expenses for the same period.

Liberal leader Justin Trudeau promised to start publicly posting the MP’s expenses last spring.

The first posting for a period that covered two weeks in September of 2013 was put up last year.
