COVID-19 Briefing At 3:00, This Afternoon

Premier Iain Rankin and chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang are scheduled to give a COVID-19 update at 3:00, this afternoon.

Meanwhile, Public Health is warning about potential exposure to COVID-19 at seven Halifax area businesses, including the popular Costco on Chain Lake Drive.

It says anyone who was at the store on Friday July 9^th between 10:30 in the morning and 12:30 in the afternoon should book a COVID-19 test, even if they don’t have symptoms.

The same advice applies to anyone who visited the store’s Vision Center between 9:00 and 10:00 in the morning on Friday.
