by The province has awarded the contract for construction management services for new community health centres in New Waterford and on the Northside.
It says PCL Constructors Canada will advise on the planning and management of the construction work.
The government says construction on the Northside Health Centre is expected to begin in the spring with work on the New Waterford project beginning later next year.
The New Waterford project includes a health centre, long-term care home and new school built on the Breton Education Centre site.
The Northside health centre will also include a new 60-bed long-term care home as well as a new laundry centre.
