by The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board says school buses are still not travelling on some roads because they remain closed after Mondays’ storm.
The affected roads today include Salmon River Road, Hornes Road (between the bridge and the Marconi Trail), Broughton Road and Marconi Towers Road
Busses will be traveling 20 minutes early for students living on Beechmont Road.
And students that travel from the bus stop at the intersection of Whitney Avenue and Hospital Street in Sydney are now being picked up at the intersection of Whitney Avenue and High Street or Whitney Avenue and Centre Street.
The Board adds parents can also expect delays because of other localized road closures.
