Comfort Centres Available Today

The Regional Municipality says there are a number of comfort centres operating today with people still without power.

The list includes the Gabarus Volunteer Fire Department from 8:00 this morning to 7:00 tonight, the Glace Bay Miners Forum from 10:00 this morning until 5:00 this evening, and the Howie Center Volunteer Fire Department from 10:00 this morning to 7:00 tonight.

There’s also comfort centres at the New Waterford Volunteer Fire Department from 10:00 this morning until 4:00 this afternoon, Centre 200 in Sydney from 10:00 this morning to 5:00 this evening and the Louisbourg Volunteer Fire Department 8:00 this morning to 5:00 this evening.
