Cleanup Postponed

The cleanup that was scheduled by the Municipality today has been postponed due to rain and wind in the forecast.

The Great Cape Breton Clean Up Day urged the public to come out and pick up trash in their community.

The event has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 13th.

It will start at 9:00 am at local fire stations and other designated locations across the municipality.

The CBRM adds early registration for Clean Up Day will stay open for the next week.
