Classes North Of Smokey Dismissing Early, Today

The Cape Breton-Victoria Regional Centre for Education says classes north of Smokey are being dismissed starting at noon today with a winter storm on the way.

It says buses will dismiss from Cabot Education Centre at noon and then go to North Highlands Elementary and Cape Smokey Elementary.
