by Regional Police say charges are pending against a Sydney Mines man after a stabbing in Sydney Mines, yesterday afternoon.
Police say they got called to reports of a fight between two men at an apartment complex on Burchell Street.
They say one man was taken to the Cape Breton Regional Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
The second man had already left and police say they continue to search for him.
Police say both men know each other, and they’re treating the stabbing as an isolated incident.
