by Police have now laid charges against a man and a woman arrested after a masked man broke into a Glace Bay home early Monday morning.
Police say a 77 year-old man had money and his car stolen in the break and enter that happened at around 3:00 at a home on Connaught Avenue.
30 year-old Derek Donovan from Glace Bay faces a number of charges, including Robbery and Possession of a weapon.
He’s being held in custody to await a court appearance, today.
A 25 year old Glace Bay woman has been charged with Joy Riding and Breach of Probation.
She’s due in Sydney provincial Court at a later date.
