Cease Trade Order Against BCA Lifted

The provincial Securities Commission has revoked a cease trade order against Sydney-based BCA Investment Co-operative Limited.

The order was issued on Monday after the Commission said the community economic development corporation failed to file continuous disclosure documents.

It adds those documents have now been filed.

Earlier this week, BCA director Greg MacLeod says they decided to restructure and drop BCA Investment in order to save money.

He describes the failure to file paper work as an oversight in the volunteer-run organization and adds the incident won’t affect the group’s other investment firms.
