The province’s Progressive Conservatives are holding three town halls in Cape Breton this weekend to hear peoples’ views on the state of healthcare on the island.
All three 90-minute sessions will be held on Sunday.
The first will be at the North Sydney Fireman’s Club at 11 in the morning, followed by another at the Army Navy in New Waterford at 1:30 that afternoon, and another at 3:30 at the Branch 3 Legion in Glace Bay.
Tory leader Tim Houston will be on hand for the events, along with the party’s Health Critic, Karla MacFarlane, and local MLA’s Eddie Orrell, Alfie MacLeod and Keith Bain.
A PC spokesperson says MLA’s from the other two parties in the legislature have also been invited.
