Case Of COVID-19 In Central Zone School

The province is reporting a COVID-19 case connected to St. Margaret’s Bay Elementary school in the Central Health Zone.

It says the school will be closed today for deep cleaning.

And staff and students will get notification from the school about reopening.

The Education Department says close contacts in the school have been identified and they’ll be tested as Public Health’s investigation continues.

The case at St. Margaret’s Bay Elementary is on top of ten new cases announced earlier yesterday in the Central Zone.
