Car Crashes Into New Victoria Home

Regional Police say a house in New Victoria suffered serious damage after a car crashed into it late yesterday afternoon.

Police add they got the call to the home at 4370 on the South Bar Highway at around 4:30.

The 26 year old man who was driving the car was taken to the Regional Hospital with what police say are non-life threatening injuries.

They add his 2010 Hyundai Sonata also suffered heavy damage.

Police say they suspect alcohol was a factor in the crash.
